We use many forms of delivery services dependent on postcode and product. We may deliver larger items on a pallet service, this can be kerbside and the customer will be responsible for the disposal of any pallets and packaging.
If you require your goods by a certain date, please call us on 01482 795165, and we will work with you to expedite the delivery time when possible. In some cases, we can deliver goods the following morning. We can never guarantee any delivery times, but we will always work as hard as possible to meet your deadlines.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries - Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We extend this to 2 weeks for kitchen units The onus is on you to check the goods not the installation people. Please take off the outer packaging carefully and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option, either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
